The National Black MBA Association is a business organization which leads in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for the Black Community.

• To establish and maintain an effective information and communication network; enhance the membership's professional and career development goals and interests through leadership training, skill building, social awareness and program funding.
• To provide continuing business education as a means for skill enhancement.
• To develop and implement programs that: Assist students, and members in their career paths.
• Assist employers in hiring and retaining African American professionals.
• Assist African American professionals in progressing in their chosen career paths.
• To facilitate minority business development by assisting current and prospective entrepreneurs with the creation of sound business strategies.
